Quest apprenticeships allow colleagues to gain new skills, knowledge and nationally accredited qualifications. Study is mainly online with Exeter college. There is no change to your terms and conditions and you study alongside your current role. This apprenticeship will start in March 2024.

What's in it for me?
You will develop your ability to lead individuals and teams to success, developing techniques to assess current and future team capabilities, including the role of recruitment, selection and staff development. You'll understand your own organisation in the wider context and learn how you can help make valuable changes.
You'll achieve the Level 4 Junior Management Consultant Apprenticeship standard and CMI Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management. Apprentices will become student members of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) as the first step of professional membership whilst achieving the CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership.
Our Delivery Partner
The 24-month programme will be delivered by Ofsted Outstanding Exeter College through a mix of online and some face-to-face sessions. This will provide continuous support and development for each learner and facilitate effective learner progress. You will be required to be released for study or online learning two days a month and you will have planned eight weekly reviews with your Skills Officer to discuss progress and on programme support. You should also expect to undertake some study in your own time.
Apprentices without Level 2 English and mathematics will be supported to complete functional skills qualifications during the apprenticeship. Exeter College tutors have a strong track record of success working with apprentices on these programmes and will devise a learning plan to suit individual needs to achieve. Additional release from duty will be required for this.
Applicants will be required to complete an application form and if short listed, attend an on-line information session with the college tutor.
