2. ASSESSMENT CENTERS
Our Assessment Centres are a fun and interactive day where we get to know all about the
candidates that have applied for our roles.
Our day is an Lumo engagement experience for our potential future colleagues to showcase
their skills. We have designed several activities, including group team building activities,
one-on-one role play, speed dating interviews and customer experience exercises.
This is your opportunity to show us who you are, how you interact with others and ultimately,
why you are the right person for Lumo. During the day you will meet with a
number of Lumo colleagues and will be given an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
If you are successful, you will be invited to a culture interview with our Managing Director,
Helen Wylde.
